All of our couriers collect parcels from our warehouse just after 1pm Monday-Friday. Any order made before 1pm will be shipped out the same working day will all later orders the next.
All orders weighing in under 4kg are shipped through Royal Mail, 4kg-15kg via Evri and all larger orders are shipped via DPD.
Both Royal Mail and Evri have a 2-4 working day delivery promise with DPD orders always being upgraded to next day special delivery free of charge.
If ever there is a delay feel free to contact us and we are happy to contact the couriers on your behalf in order to resolve any issues.

As per our shipping info above we work on packing and shipping out your orders between 8am-1pm on weekdays. Due to this we can’t always guarantee being able to cancel or modify your order during those hours.
If you get in touch with us we can look into making any necessary cancellations or alterations however once an order has been dispatched there is nothing further we can do.

Yes, all of our prices include VAT which will be visible on the invoice you receive with your order summary

We accept return’s within 30 day’s of purchase.
The return shipping is to be paid by the buyer under normal circumstances however should your parcel get damaged in transit or other unforeseen circumstances we would be happy to cover the return cost.
